EV Charging at Holiday Homes
At Malherbie Group Stays there are 4 EV charging points for guests’ use. You’ll need to select this as a chargeable extra after you have made your booking, but please note that this is non-refundable. Please also read the following information about EV charging at holiday homes.
It’s very important that you only use the charging points provided. Vehicles cannot be charged using a standard outdoor plug or extension cable linked to a domestic plug. This is due to safety and insurance regulations regarding wiring, earthing rods and voltage restrictions; if these are not adhered to there is a danger that the body of the vehicle could become live, and it poses a serious fire risk to standard 13 amp sockets.
