What types of stays do you offer?
We offer different types of stays to suit a variety of corporate retreats. These are:
7 nights starting on a Monday or Friday
3 night weekend Friday to Monday
4 night mid-week Monday to Friday
2 night mid-week Monday to Wednesday
Mid-week stays are the most popular for corporate retreats, and the most cost-effective, providing excellent value without compromising on luxury.
What are your check-in/out times?
Our check-in/out times are from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on your departure day. If our changeover from the previous guests is completed sooner, we will do our best to welcome you earlier, though this cannot be confirmed in advance.
It’s essential that the property is vacated by 10:00 am so our housekeeping team can begin preparing the space for our next guests.
What are your payment Terms?
Our payment terms are simple - to secure your dates we ask for a 20% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due three months before your stay.
If you are booking within three months of your arrival date, the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
We also take a refundable security deposit of £1,000 per property, which is due one week before your stay. This is standard practice and gives us peace of mind in case of any accidental damage or major breakages. The deposit is returned quickly after your departure, and if there is ever a need for a deduction, we will always discuss this with you first.
Can guests use external suppliers not listed on your website?
Yes, guests can use external suppliers not listed on our website but because some activities may take place on surrounding farmland, we will need to speak to any incoming supplier beforehand to ensure plans align with expectations and current land use. We’ll also need to check that they have the required insurance cover.
Does every guest have their own bed?
Yes, every guest does have their own bed. Depending on the size of your group, this may be a king-size or a single bed.
